Typographer Poster

This project focused on researching a typographer and presenting their work through a large format poster. I chose Adrian Frutiger and his typeface Glypha, combining research with design to create strong visual hierarchy. My triptych includes type as image, a typographer and font feature, an alphabet showcase, a designed quote, and a comparison between Glyph and Helvetica. I used modular grid to organize all these elements clearly. The yellow, white, and green color palette reflects transportation systems, connecting to Frutiger’s work in highway and Charles de Gualle Airport signage. This project strengthen my understanding of typography in real-world design.
